Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Studio 6 Haircare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or where a product is unsuitable for individual preference.
If a product is believed to be faulty, we may request photos or return of the item for assessment. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
