Returns and Refunds Policy
Consumer Guarantees Act
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or where a product is unsuitable for individual preference.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photos or require the item to be returned for assessment.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
