Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us at hello@studio6haircare.co.nz and we will assist as soon as possible.

We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

New Zealand: $8 flat rate
Free shipping on orders over $75 NZD

Australia: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

New Zealand: 3–5 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

We use GoSweetSpot, which partners with NZ Post, Post Haste and NZ Couriers.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

We can deliver to PO Boxes within New Zealand via NZ Post.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
